Important Information

HNM Technologies FZE-LLC is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge if incurred. Buyer will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering HNMonline.com. HNM Technologies FZE-LLC will NOT be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances. 

Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours with the exception of sale periods where it may take up to 72 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. All orders require a signature upon receipt. 

When do we deliver

All domestic orders will take about 3-5 working days for delivery from the date of dispatch.

For other GCC countries, it will take approximately 5-7 days*. International orders take 7-10 working days for delivery from the date of dispatch.

For International Customers

Most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
